All products listed on our shop are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may change without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3 Payment

We accept payment via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD) and direct bank transfer. For bank transfers, orders are confirmed only after payment verification. All transactions are processed securely and we do not store your card details.

4 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or events beyond our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

5 Returns & Refunds

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details on returns, refunds, and exchanges. In summary, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are defective, non-functional, or arrived damaged. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

6 Installation Services

Our installation services are subject to a separate service agreement. Voltafrik will not be liable for damages arising from improper use of installed equipment, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines provided at the time of installation.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Voltafrik Technologies and must not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
